Data we collect

• Registration and sign-in data (email, Firebase UID).
• Your company data and tax settings.
• Client, item and invoice data entered by you.
• Attachments and invoice images you upload.
• Google Drive sync information, if you enable it.
• Payment and subscription data managed by Stripe, if you purchase a paid plan.
• Limited technical data: IP address, user-agent and usage events, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Purpose of processing

• Provide invoicing and business management services.
• Synchronise your data across devices and Google Drive.
• Send invoices and documents by email if you configure SMTP.
• Manage payments and subscriptions.
• Improve the app through usage analytics (only with consent).

Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of the service contract, compliance with invoicing legal obligations and user consent when required (for example, for analytics or third-party synchronisation).

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share it with providers strictly necessary for the app to work:

• Firebase and Google for authentication and synchronisation.
• Stripe for payments.
• SMTP providers configured by the user.
• Google Maps for address lookup, if used.

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, secure storage on the device and Firebase authentication. However, no system is 100% secure.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to sugerencias@emitia.es.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active or as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations. You can delete your account and data at any time from the app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or the email associated with your account.
